"Dealing with several issues after an out-of-state accident involving my son driving [a truck pulled out in front of him and he couldn't stop in time], I've primarily communicated with Denise there; she's been great; Larry has been helpful also. I've had lots of questions and details to cover; she's been excellent...and patient. As I chiropractor who has worked with imaging centers, medical specialists, and personal injury attorneys helping injured people after car accidents, this agency is about as knowledgeable as you are going to find. There are times after an accident no one is qualified to answer certain questions you may have except for an attorney who specializes in this area. No insurance carrier want their agencies to give legal advice. Some expect more from an agent than they can do; legally they can't help policy holders with every aspect of a complex situation. But I think they provide a high level of service; as much as what any reasonable person would expect."
